My personal favorite under $5,000 video camera is the Nikon Z9. Thanks to its “market-leading” burst shooting, the camera is ideal for sports and wildlife videography and capturing fleeting, unique moments at weddings or gatherings. 1. Very helpful article, thank you. I am looking for a camera/lense combo that shoots 4k vid at least 21:9 with a shallow depth of field. I have recently been asked to film testimony videos for my church. I currently shoot with my Galaxy S21, 21:9, UHD, 60 fps. and capture audio with the Tascam DR-40 and Rode Go lav mics. Our screen in the sanctuary is 32:9 (2 – 720p projectors on 1 screen). I currently don’t have any problem filling the screen but I would also like a shallow depth of field. I am thinking a 85mm f/1. Would the D3400 get the job done? Thanks!
