The most important thing needed in a camera’s personal life is its camera and its result.

Mostly, camera persons want to change their camera with a more advanced one that effectively provides excellent results.

In contrast, when Nikon unveiled the new camera of their D series, my friends and I were ready to change our old cameras with the latest incredible Nikon D5300, which is way more advanced than others.

The camera has a deep relationship with me as it was my support system at different events, whether camping or at a family function. My fantastic camera is the best thing that has been presented to me.

Memory and the image format of Nikon D5300:

I had a fantastic vacation with my friends; my photography partner was with me as usual.

After seeing it with me, a question popped into my friend’s mind, and she decided to ask me about the memory cards compatible with my wonderful D5300.

I answered her quickly as if I were waiting for that question.

While writing it, I was again very excited because this was the only problem I thought I had faced with my camera.

My only fight with my photography partner was about the single SD card slot in the camera.

But another plus point I learned after that fight was that the SD card slot could work with all types of cards I used.

The professionals or camerapersons can use any SD, SDHC, or SDXC storage media with this camera in a single SD card slot.

All these memory cards and storage media work in similar formats, so they did not create any problems for me.

The image formats are compatible with the camera’s memory and are of three different types, and among them, my favorite format is the combo of NEF(RAW) and JPEG format.

The specialty of this format type is that it can save a singular picture in two formats, and you do not face any problems transferring it to other devices.

The other formats compatible with the camera are the JPEG compressed and 12 to 14-bit NEF(RAW) formats.

Both formats are excellent at their respective places and help the user of the D5300 in many ways.

The compatible files that work with the variant types of file formats of the Nikon D5300 are DCF 2.0, DPOS, Exif 2.3, and PictBridge.

As I had complete confidence in my partner, I gave her the camera without hesitation.

She was surprisingly shocked by the results.

The movie metering and the camera exposure were so good that she eventually decided to buy a Nikon D5300.

The TTL exposure metering system of the Nikon D5300 uses a 2,016-pixel RGB sensor that uses three different types of metering modes.

• Center-weighted metering: 0 to 20 EV
• Spot metering: 2 to 20 EV
• Matrix metering: 0 to 20 EV

These modes of metering have different EV ranges that have similar exposure compensation.

The +-5 EV exposure compensation of the Nikon D5300 has perfect picture control.

Professionals can lock it easily.

The camera’s exposure lock makes the work more accessible for the photographers, and the picture control makes the recording perfect.

The exposure meter coupling with the CPU creates a significant impact on the recordings of the camera and gives the best result.

Compared with the exposure metering, the movie metering system of the Nikon D5300 uses a TTL exposure metering that uses the camera’s primary image sensor.

This movie metering system is based on the MOV file format and has advanced video coding compression.

You can record the movie in full HD and VGA; both systems give incredible resolution and magnification while registering.

The maximum range of movie pixels in HD starts from 60 to 24 fps, whereas the VGA system ranges from 30 to 25 fps.

The movie audio recording format of the Nikon D5300 is a linear PCM format that records the audio very well.

ISO sensitivity:

The detection of my camera’s AF system, the Nikon D5300, ranges from -1 to 19, and this AF system can focus on the view manually.

The 39-point AF system can be selected up to 11 points and has variations in dynamic area AF.
